Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems across multiple locations. Our team is looking for a hands-on professional who can help keep building operations safe, reliable, and running to standard.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems across multiple facilities. Travel between facilities to ensure proper function and support ongoing building operations. Maintain preventive maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance activities. Clean, inspect, calibrate, and change parts to support optimum HVAC system performance while following safety and housekeeping standards.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience required. Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, with 5+ years of HVAC background noted in the description. EPA 608 Type II Certification and EPA certification. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
