Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of all facility mechanical equipment. Our team plays a critical role in maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production systems, supporting seamless building operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to achieve efficient and reliable results. Perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance, including repair response on facility mechanical, electrical, and related systems. Carry out facility inspections and repairs on interior and exterior components such as walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), including tools like Corrigo, to monitor and manage all work performed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Required:

Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. Technical expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration systems. Valid state driver's license, with availability for call-in work as required.
