Please see below for more information on the position and if interested apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role. — Deliverables Design, develop, and enhance high-volume Android mobile applications used by tens of millions of users , delivering scalable, reliable, and polished mobile experiences within a cross-functional product team. Build modern Android functionality using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, MVI architecture, REST APIs, OkHttp, and dependency injection , while effectively supporting and modernizing legacy code. Maintain high engineering quality through unit/integration testing, Espresso, JUnit, test fakes, WireMock, debugging, performance analysis, optimization, code reviews, and continuous refactoring . Support modern Android DevOps and release practices using Gradle, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Git, and CI patterns , collaborating closely with Product Owners, Designers, QA, and Engineers to rapidly deliver features. Experience Required 7+ years of hands-on Android application development experience , ideally building large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications in complex enterprise environments. Advanced Kotlin and modern Android development expertise, ideally including Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVI or similar modern architecture patterns . Strong experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs , with knowledge of technologies such as OkHttp, Dagger, RxJava, and API specifications/documentation . Strong Android engineering fundamentals covering asynchronous development, debugging, performance optimization, legacy-code modernization, unit/integration testing, and automated testing .
