Senior Mobile Engineer -

React Native Location:

Miami, FL (Hybrid) What We Are Looking For We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) to work on a long-lived, production-scale React Native codebase where architecture, performance, and developer experience are core priorities. You'll build mobile experiences that support discovery, messaging, lead flow, and transactions for a large user base, and you'll help drive technical direction across the mobile platform. This role is for engineers who like going deep—profiling performance, eliminating re-render bottlenecks, designing scalable patterns, handling offline/flaky-network scenarios, and integrating with native iOS/Android when needed. You'll collaborate with product, design, backend, and architecture partners while owning features end-to-end and mentoring other engineers. Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade React Native applications used by a large, real-world audience
• Drive adoption of modern React Native capabilities and performance improvements
• Own features from idea ? architecture ? implementation ? App Store / Play Store
• Architect reusable components and modular application structure
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and architecture partners
• Help define mobile engineering standards, patterns, and long-term technical direction
• Mentor other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and technical leadership
• Translate business goals into elegant, scalable mobile solutions
