Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an opportunity that keeps critical facility systems operating smoothly across multiple locations. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys varied work, takes pride in reliable maintenance, and brings strong communication skills to every assignment.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Travel between multiple facilities to support proper equipment function and ensure work is completed within the required timeframe. Inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance levels. Support safety, housekeeping, inventory control, and oversight of outside contractor maintenance work.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience required, including experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action when problems are identified. EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification is preferred. Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel. Valid driver's license.
