In this role, you are not just a contributor, but a technical leader who will guide design reviews, mentor peers, and influence engineering standards across team boundaries. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment where clear communication of technical trade-offs and cross-team coordination are essential to delivering impactful products.

Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Android Jetpack libraries, Gradle, REST APIs, and modern Android architecture patterns. Experience designing, implementing, testing, releasing, and supporting production Android features in an enterprise-scale application. Experience working in Agile delivery teams, including sprint planning, estimation, execution, dependency coordination, and release planning. Experience communicating technical decisions, alternatives, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, engineering standards, or leading delivery across team boundaries.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a SAFe or Agile Release Train environment, including PI planning, dependency tracking, and cross-team release coordination. Experience building and maintaining applications in regulated, security-conscious, financial services, or other high-availability environments. Production experience utilizing feature flags, staged rollouts, experimentation, kill switches, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and performance monitoring. Experience with modular Android applications, CI/CD pipelines, build optimization, release automation, and automated testing frameworks. Experience responsibly leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, or design exploration (with appropriate human validation). Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
