Duties:

Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end wireless protocol testing systems, including field test environments, ensuring compliance with carrier and industry standards. Lead complex customer engagements involving 4G/5G protocol conformance testing, interoperability testing, and carrier acceptance testing, including analysis of test failures and recommendation of corrective actions. Leverage findings from 4G/5G protocol conformance, interoperability, and carrier acceptance testing to deliver preventive quality improvement and design recommendations to client design teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, product management, and quality teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
