AviatorPro About the Role AviatorPro is hiring a skilled 2D/3D Animator to create high-impact aviation training visuals — animations, 3D aircraft models, and interactive simulation assets — that help pilots and students master complex technical concepts with clarity. You'll work alongside instructional designers to bring technical aviation topics to life through compelling motion design. What You'll Do Design 2D and 3D animations and assets, including aircraft, environments, and motion graphics Build 3D aircraft models and interactive simulation assets for training applications Collaborate with instructional designers to align with brand and educational standards Translate complex technical aviation concepts into clear, engaging visuals Deliver high-quality content on schedule while working independently on animation concepts Required Qualifications Please note: applications missing any of the following will not be considered. Portfolio link required — your application must include a link to a portfolio demonstrating your animation and motion design work Proven proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must be reflected in portfolio) Proven proficiency in Blender OR Cinema 4D (must be reflected in portfolio) Must currently reside in Arizona — preference given to candidates near Scottsdale Must be able to commute to North Scottsdale for this in-person role Strong skills in animation, 3D modeling, and motion design Ability to visualize and explain technical concepts visually Preferred Qualifications Experience creating educational, instructional, or e-learning content Background in aviation, aerospace, or other technical industries Experience designing assets for interactive simulations or LMS platforms
