We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and motivated individual with a background in fine art, luxury, or high-end sales who is confident building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Fine Art Consultant, You Will:
Identify, develop, and manage new client opportunities and leads. Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective collectors. Conduct thoughtful client outreach through email and phone. Achieve personal and gallery-set sales goals. Guide clients through the art purchasing process, from initial interest through closing and follow-up. Assist with the day-to-day operations and presentation of the gallery. Stay informed on relevant art market, luxury retail, and gallery trends. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and sales-focused team environment. Requirements 3+ years of experience in fine art, luxury, hospitality, or high-end sales. Dynamic, outgoing personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships and confidently close sales. Strong email and phone etiquette. Flexible schedule and availability, including weekends. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team. Comfortable working with Apple platforms, including MacBook and iPhone. General understanding of technology and social media. Comfortable learning new software and able to quickly understand and navigate new systems. Highly motivated, persistent, organized, and results-oriented. Professional appearance and a genuine interest in art, design, and the luxury market. Compensation We offer a competitive hourly wage with significant commission potential for the right candidate.
