Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a Multimedia Content Designer with 3 to 5 years experience to join our marketing team. If you are a hands-on, full scope, creative person who can design, shoot, edit, and produce compelling graphics, photo, and video content from start to finish in a high energy environment, this role is perfect for you. You'll work with the team from our established brand direction to design, shoot, and produce content across social media, our websites, email campaigns, Amazon listings, and in-store signage. This role reports to our Creative Director, and focuses on bringing brand direction to life rather than setting creative strategy. What You'll Do Design social-first graphics and print/production materials (e.g., packaging, product materials) from established brand direction Shoot still product and recipe photography, including lighting, composition, and basic styling Shoot, edit, and produce video content, including product and lifestyle shoots Produce video for short-form vertical platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), long-form YouTube, and paid ad formats each with their own aspect ratios, hooks, and length requirements Create and adapt content for social media, email, website, Amazon, and physical signage Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across every channel Manage projects independently, from concept through final delivery Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team on campaigns and content planning What You'll Bring Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva A portfolio showing social-first graphic design and print/production design (e.g., packaging, product materials) Strong still product and recipe photography skills like lighting, composition, basic styling Full shoot-edit-produce video capability, with editing fluency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro Experience creating content for short-form vertical platforms (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook), long-form YouTube, and paid ad formats Comfort working across fast-moving digital and e-commerce channels Bonus Points After Effects proficiency Ability to design science-forward, data-informed social graphics (e.g., nutrition claims, product education) Copywriting skills strong enough to draft captions and on-screen text independently To Apply Please submit your resume along with a portfolio that includes both design samples (social and print/production) and video samples, plus still photography, we're looking for a range across all three, not just one.
