Job Description

Multimedia Designer The Multimedia Designer supports the Marketing Department's design and visual projects across digital and print platforms. This role blends graphic design, video editing, image management, and digital production to bring marketing materials to fruition for consumer, sales and tourism partners. Key Responsibilities Design & Marketing Materials:
Create visually engaging brochures, flyers, presentation decks, logos, RFPs, sales sheets, flyers, trade show materials, and other promotional collaterals.
Image Curation & Cataloging:
Organize, edit, and maintain a large library of destination imagery. Perform retouching, color correction, metadata tagging for searchability, and brand standards.
Third-Party Content Asset Platforms:
Monitor and identify in-market assets, request usage rights, build approved libraries for organic and paid campaigns. Email & e
Newsletter Design:
Develop and produce branded eNewsletters and campaign emails, incorporating engaging visuals, optimized layouts, and compelling calls to action.
Video Editing & Production:
Edit and assemble short- and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, presentations, and sales initiatives. Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and brand elements as needed.
Website & Digital Assets:
Design and prepare graphics for websites, landing pages, online catalogs, partner portals, ensuring assets meet responsive, accessibility, and user experience (UX) standards.
Brand Consistency:
Apply and maintain visual brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring a cohesive look and message across all marketing principals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and communications teams to support campaigns, promotions, and branded materials, as well as external agency partners (AOR).
Project Coordination:
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balancing quick-turn promotional needs with long-term content projects. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents) and Canva Experience designing for email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) Experience managing projects from concept through design and print execution Familiarity with CMS platforms and web image optimization Ability to manage large volumes of imagery and media assets in a cloud-based systems Understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices, especially for travel, hospitality, tourism Strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for travel content
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Office will be considered 140 S. Atlantic Ave, 5th floor, Ormond Beach, FL 32176 and Volusia County Limited weekends and evening hours required Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to drive own vehicle as required to perform essential job functions Ability to travel out of town, including weekends
COMPENSATION
Salary is commensurate with experience Benefit package available first of the month following ninety (90) days of continuous full-time employment
Pay:
