Multimedia Digital Design Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Digital Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role blends strong design fundamentals with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools, to produce engaging, high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the brand and meets communication objectives. The ideal candidate is both a skilled designer and a curious problem solver who embraces new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design, to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and scale content across digital platforms. You will create compelling visuals, motion graphics, video, and interactive experiences for websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and social media.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field 3+ years of experience in multi-media design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with web design and responsive layout platforms (Figma, Miro) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multi-media projects Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles Curiosity and comfort adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled creative and productivity tools, to continuously improve workflows and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D modeling and animation software Knowledge of UX/UI design principles Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create compelling designs for digital and print media Design graphics, animations, and interactive elements for social media and websites Produce video content, including editing, motion graphics, and special effects, using industry-standard software and emerging AI-enhanced video and animation capabilities Design, prototype and create interactive demos using UX design tools such as Figma. Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and presentations Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms (digital/interactive, presentations, & print). Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements in multimedia, proactively recommending new tools or approaches that enhance creative output Designing original pieces that meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WGAC) standards.
