Full-Time The Opportunity The Kane Company is seeking a Brand & Innovation Specialist to lead the company's branding, marketing, and technology initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to take ownership of a broad range of creative and technology-related responsibilities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will work directly with the COO and other members of senior leadership to support priorities across the company. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing The Kane Company's brand across all platforms and communications, including:

• Design presentations, leasing packages, investment offerings, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate architectural renderings, site plans, and other visual content for development and leasing projects.
• Establish and maintain consistent corporate branding, including presentation templates, marketing materials, and graphic standards.
• Manage the company's websites and work with our outside web development firm to ensure our online presence remains current and effective.
• Create and maintain property-specific marketing materials, including landing pages, photography, site plans, virtual tours, and digital leasing packages.
• Manage the company's social media presence and assist with corporate communications.
• Serve as the primary liaison with our outside technology support providers by troubleshooting issues, coordinating support, and helping employees make better use of technology.
• Research and implement new technologies—including artificial intelligence—that improve productivity, communication, and the way we do business.

Qualifications The ideal candidate is creative, organized, technologically curious, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong graphic design skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in emerging technology are essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, WordPress, social media platforms, AI tools, photography, or video editing is desirable, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is equally important.
