The Creative Designer serves as an in-house creative resource for Hana's global Marketing team, developing marketing collateral, digital assets, brand materials, and visual content across customer-facing, sales, corporate, and internal channels. This role supports a wide range of creative initiatives, including trade show graphics, product and sales collateral, presentations, digital content, video, and brand development. The Creative Designer ensures visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across markets and channels while helping strengthen Hana's brand recognition globally. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas and business objectives into polished, effective creative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, technical, manufacturing, or other business-to-business environment. Demonstrated experience developing creative assets across both print and digital channels. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and other visual communications. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled design and creative tools. Working knowledge of video editing software and production processes. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
Design and produce marketing collateral across print and digital channels, including social media graphics, website assets, product collateral, sales materials, and other marketing communications. Maintain consistent application of Hana's visual identity and brand standards across regions, channels, and audiences. Develop customer-facing marketing materials, sales collateral, recruiting materials, corporate communications, and internal creative assets. Design co-marketing and partner-facing materials that appropriately represent Hana while maintaining alignment with partner brand requirements. Develop professional, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, translating complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual content. Support creative projects including brand development and refresh initiatives, market expansion, trade show graphics, campaign materials, and video content. Adapt and localize creative assets for global markets, ensuring content is appropriate for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with Product, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, sales initiatives, and other business priorities. Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Communications to develop employer branding, internal communications, and other materials that effectively represent Hana's culture and brand. Maintain organized creative files, templates, brand assets, and other supporting documentation to promote consistency, accessibility, and efficient reuse of materials. Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, templates, and overall brand consistency. Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools and identify opportunities to incorporate them appropriately into Hana's marketing efforts.

Knowledge of digital and print production requirements, file preparation, and vendor coordination. Working knowledge of video editing tools and basic motion or multimedia design principles. Familiarity with 3D rendering, animation, or other advanced creative capabilities preferred. Ability to evaluate creative effectiveness and use feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input to support continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, including prolonged periods of viewing a computer monitor and performing keyboard and mouse functions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an office, production, or event environment as needed. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to handle and organize printed materials, samples, displays, and other creative or marketing materials. Ability to safely navigate office, production, trade show, and other work environments. Ability to maintain the physical and visual focus necessary to perform detailed design and computer-based work accurately.
