Designer III Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic and compelling visual concepts across various media. Lead the creation of impactful design solutions, including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate on creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate ideas effectively.

Designer III Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience. Over five years of experience in senior-level graphic design roles. Proven strong conceptual design skills demonstrated through an advanced digital portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus. Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship management skills to interpret client visions and deliver impactful results.
