Job Description We're looking for someone who can sell CNC equipment and also create compelling content about it. This is a hybrid role — part technical sales, part on-camera content creator. You'll generate outbound sales, build customer relationships, and produce videos demonstrating our products in action. Ideal for someone who loves CNC, fabrication, and connecting with customers. This is a hands-on, tactical role with a strategic mindset. We are looking for someone who supports the sales process, but also has the ability to be the face and personality of Langmuir Systems. They must thrive in a shop environment, be well-spoken, and great with customers. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Generate outbound sales calls for CNC equipment and tooling Qualify leads and guide customers through the buying process Provide technical guidance on product selection and applications Build relationships and follow up with prospects Content Creator and Online Personality Responsibilities Create product demos and tutorials using our CNC equipment Have the ability to operate camera/video equipment and produce content Serve as on-camera talent for videos and social media Operate plasma tables, lasers, pressbrake and other CNC machines on camera Collaborate with marketing on content ideas and campaigns Qualifications 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with CNC equipment, welding, fabrication, and machining Comfortable on camera and able to explain technical concepts clearly Sales experience or strong customer-facing communication skills Self-motivated with ability to manage both sales and content tasks Passion for making, building, and the CNC/maker community Clear and professional communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
