Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused Crisis Response Network Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of our Crisis Response Network . This position operates within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, strengthening partnerships between behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, first responders, schools, government agencies, and community organizations to improve access to crisis services and coordinated behavioral health care. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaboration, community engagement, and improving behavioral health outcomes through strong partnerships and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with community partners and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other communication, database, and scheduling platforms Ability to travel throughout the service area as needed Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, community outreach, emergency services, public health, or partnership development preferred Knowledge of behavioral health systems, crisis services, and community resources preferred
Responsibilities:
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing coordination of the Crisis Response Network within the CCBHC care model Develop, maintain, and distribute educational materials, resource guides, toolkits, and partner support resources that promote behavioral health awareness and crisis response services Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, first responders, schools, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the service area Coordinate community outreach, engagement, and awareness activities that increase access to behavioral health services, crisis resources, and community supports Represent the organization at community events, trainings, coalition meetings, and outreach initiatives Coordinate the distribution, maintenance, tracking, and inventory of Crisis Response Network resources, materials, and equipment Maintain accurate partner directories, resource inventories, communication platforms, calendars, and contact databases Assist with the development and distribution of newsletters, educational materials, marketing campaigns, and community communications Support the planning and coordination of meetings, trainings, partner engagement activities, and collaborative initiatives Collect, maintain, and report program data, outreach activities, and documentation required for quality improvement, grant reporting, regulatory compliance, and CCBHC performance measures Monitor community needs and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, improve resource accessibility, and enhance the effectiveness of the Crisis Response Network Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated, person-centered care and continuity of services across the behavioral health continuum Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities and CCBHC program objectives
Work Environment:
Work collaboratively with behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, first responders, schools, community agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the service area Support the expansion of coordinated crisis response services and improve access to behavioral health resources across the community Engage in meaningful work that strengthens community partnerships, enhances crisis response systems, and promotes recovery-oriented, person-centered care within the CCBHC model ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver's license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
