Job Description:
At Regions, the Fiduciary Review Specialist has the primary function of processing Wealth Management account openings, account terminations, and asset transfers. This role works closely with Private Wealth and Institutional teams to ensure all work is completed in accordance with Wealth Management procedures and regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities Processes incoming requests related to new account openings, account closings, or incoming and outgoing asset transfers Creates and maintains proper account documentation and files account related material according to the prescribed system in a timely manner Maintains basic trust and investment management knowledge related to account types and securities Responds to internal account inquiries, performs necessary research on complex matters, and follows up in a timely manner Supports Fiduciary Review Analysts in administrative tasks related to team processes Communicates with internal associates including advisors, consultants, portfolio managers, Risk, Fees, and Tax team members, and other internal partners Communicates with clients and attorneys, co- trustees, investment advisors, counter firms, and vendors Adheres to all internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures Ensures quality assurance of all documentation and performs enrollment, enrichment, and post set-up reviews to ensure the timely and accurate acquisition of new client accounts (for account openings) Performs routine account enrollment for a smaller subset of non-complex client types, with oversight from a Fiduciary Review Analyst and/or Team Lead Performs administrative tasks to support senior team members' efficiency May perform complex cash and asset distributions from account closings This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferences Bachelor's degree in a business-related field One (1) year of Trust or closely related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to collaborate across an organization efficiently and effectively Great customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:
