• Completion of a technical course in computer hardware and software (e.g., A+) or network operating systems or equivalent
• Completion of 48 semester or 72 quarter units in computer information systems, information technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years of experience in maintaining enterprise-level network communications systems, two of which directly support end-user personnel

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSTING

• Associate degree or higher in computer information systems, information technology or related field from an accredited college or university
• Experience supporting multi-site Wide Area Network operations
• Microsoft and Cisco network management experience
• Experience with Voice Over IP Cisco IOS Proof of certificates, education, etc.
