Job Summary This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience who are eager to start a career in community outreach and networking. The role involves representing Tiffany Mai Insurance Agency at local events, building relationships with community members and businesses, and helping to grow our client base through face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, motivated , and enjoys engaging with new people. Training and support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Attend local networking events, community activities, and business mixers to promote the agency Build relationships with community members, local businesses, and referral partners Introduce potential clients and partners to our insurance services through in-person conversations Distribute promotional materials and business cards at events Follow up with contacts to nurture professional relationships Identify opportunities for new insurance leads via face-to-face networking Represent the agency professionally and positively in all interactions Communicate potential leads and opportunities to the team
