- Develop and deliver reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Order Fulfillment (COF), waste, capacity utilization, supply payload, and redeployment costs.
- Identify and resolve supply risks, inventory imbalances, and service issues through data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on service enhancement, cost reduction, waste minimization, and working capital optimization.
- Perform scenario modeling and what-if analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Own and maintain network planning master data to ensure accurate planning and execution.
- Ensure data integrity across planning systems and processes.
- Drive planning system and process improvements to improve planning efficiency, visibility, and execution effectiveness. Candidates for Network Planning Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, transportation, logistics, inventory management, or customer service environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and other reporting or visualization tools preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP, OMP, or similar supply chain platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional business environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and generate insights that drive business outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions with imperfect or incomplete information.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
