Robert Half is hiring NOC Engineers and NOC Technicians to support clients with network monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and 24/7 infrastructure operations.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor networks, systems, circuits, and infrastructure using monitoring toolsRespond to alerts and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issuesCreate, update, and manage incident ticketsPerform initial triage and escalate complex issuesTroubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network connectivityCoordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and service providersMaintain incident documentation and shift handoff notesParticipate in 24/7 or rotating shift environments when required
