Irvine, CA Job Summary Responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining core network infrastructure, following defined runbooks and SOPs in a healthcare environment where availability is critical. Core Responsibilities Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, wireless controllers/APs, load balancers, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and network monitoring tools. Analyze capacity, latency, availability, utilization, segmentation, and resiliency requirements. Support incidents, changes, network upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and major event readiness. Document network designs, standards, diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, telecom, cloud, application, and vendor teams to resolve cross-domain issues. Performs routine activities using defined runbooks and SOPs. Resolves low-complexity requests, documents outcomes, and escalates issues with complete troubleshooting detail.
