Job Description

Field Engineer (Networking): $45/hour plus overtime and double time when applicable For this Field Engineer role (2 Week Project) you will be driving to various voting location sites throughout Los Angeles County providing daily hands-on networking support for AT&T and Los Angeles County. This is a 2 week project from October 15th to November 3rd. This role typically visits 2-4 sites/day.

Job Qualifications:

2+ years experience in telecommunications networking Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, installation and configuration of Network Infrastructure, LAN, WLAN and router installation Knowledgeable in networking terminology, interfaces, and protocols Good verbal communications skills Ability to diagnose problems with equipment and networking Collaboration skills to work with any team Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle as this position will be requiring you to drive to and from various voting locations throughout Los Angeles County Hiring is subject to Background Check & Drug Testing. Mileage Reimbursement from location site to location site will be included

Project Start Date:

Approximately October 15th through November 3rd. This is a 2 week project. There will be 1 day of •mandatory, paid• training approximately 10/15. Must be a US Citizen Must have an address and stay in LA County during the project.

$45.00 per hour Application Question(s): can you pass a clean criminal background and drug test? can you work OT during the project? how much OT would you like? What routers, servers and/or network appliances have you configured/troubleshot? This position is only available to US Citizens. Are you a US Citizen? LA County requires the person to be staying at an LA County address during the project. Please type your LA County address. Do you have access to a vehicle during the Voting project period (10/15 - 11/2)? are you available across the whole project timeline (10/15 - 11/2) and can you make a mandatory training day (paid) 10/15 in downtown Los Angeles?
