SUMMARY /GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Required Qualifications Shall provide comprehensive Network Operations services to support enterprise networking environment. Network Operations shall ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity for users, applications, and systems across several locations and remote access scenarios. Network Operations services shall be delivered in alignment with established Zero Trust architecture and shall integrate with ServiceNow ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, and Engineering Services. Shall provide end-to-end operational support for Cisco-based routing, switching, and related infrastructure across enterprise network. Responsible for optimized performance of Cisco Catalyst, Nexus etc., Responsible for incident monitoring and response, configuration and change executive, as well as integration with Zero Trust and other domains. Required Qualifications/Skills/Education U.S. Citizenship Must possess an active Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree Skilled in Cisco technologies Skilled in supporting on-prem and hybrid Cloud environments Server Room networking skills LAN/WAN architecture, inter-site connectivity experience Zero Trust Architecture skills and experience, including identity aware segmentation, continuous monitoring, and policy-based traffic controls Skilled in ServiceNow ITSM processes for Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB asset tracking. Skills in Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler cloud security services, Cisco Routing/Switching, Aruba wireless infrastructure Network Incident Management skills; Network Change Management support Communication & Teamwork Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with business partners, vendors, and clients. Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various groups and explain concepts. Ability to work as part of a team and support organizational objectives.
