Job Description

Key Skills Required:
Expert-level REXX scripting and deep z/OS administration Mainframe automation frameworks and system state management GDPS and Safeguarded Copy experience for DR/Resilience automation Jenkins (including Zowe plug-in), Ansible, REST APIs, CI/CD ServiceNow ITSM automation and AIOps platforms (Moogsoft or equivalent) Strong experience with
SQL, JCL, ISPF/TSO
Multi-site failover automation and infrastructure orchestration Leadership experience managing automation/SRE teams in enterprise environments
Responsibilities Include:
Driving enterprise mainframe automation strategy and roadmap Building scalable automation solutions across infrastructure domains Leading resilience/disaster recovery automation initiatives Improving
MTTR/MTTA
through event correlation and automated remediation Managing governance, peer reviews, Git-based change control, and documentation standards Collaborating with infrastructure, cyber, compliance, and operations teams
