Network Analyst performs the following functions: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned applications, including Tier 1 network requests, while providing network-related troubleshooting and support to fellow employees. Monitor network Infrastructure using currently available network monitoring tools in order to troubleshoot servers and network related issues. Assist with branch network equipment patching projects. Assist in branch/location opening, remodel, and equipment update projects. Assist in network security. Troubleshoot escalated tickets within the infrastructure queue. Contribute to the knowledgebase for the department to ensure proper documentation Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve the overall work environment or company income Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines. Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed. Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA's electronic services. Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals. Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:

  • 3 years of relevant Information Technology experience Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Experience monitoring and managing network and server infrastructure Strong documentation and communication skills An Associate's/bachelor's degree in management information systems or other computer-related field is preferred Where are we located? The Network Analyst role is located in Lakeland, FL and is not a remote position.
