AUTOMATION CONTROLS ENGINEER
North America Responsibilities:
  • Control system Design
  • Design automation systems for heavy duty industrial applications.
Familiar with safety codes and regulations.
  • Software development
  • Advanced knowledge in
PLC, HMI, SCADA
Industrial software applications.
  • Instrumentation Design and Specification
  • Strong working knowledge of process automation and instrumentation.
  • Electrical Design
  • Create electrical drawings, BOMs under supervision and approval of Process Controls Engineer.
  • Field Service
  • Perform Electrical and mechanical service to industrial equipment, instrumentation and control systems.
  • Field Commissioning
  • Coordinates equipment installation. Installs and commissions software. Setup and commission Instrumentation. Performs IO testing. Performs equipment commission. Assist with Site Supervision Assistance with Turnkey projects.
  • Systems Documentation
  • Creates operation manuals and documentation package for equipment.
As built and as installed drawing updates. Maintenance manuals and cut sheet assembly. Must provide quality and accurate documentation and communication. Equipment testing and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
  • Design and develop control systems for Industrial applications
  • Develop software and Human Interface for the automation systems
  • Working Knowledge of Industrial communication and IO networks
  • Specify the control systems hardware and make cost analysis and sales proposal support
  • Working Knowledge of control valves and instrumentation
  • Domestic and international travel required. Must have valid Driver's license and Passport
  • Must have Strong PC skills, networking abilities and professional written and verbal communications skills
  • Commissioning and start-up of control systems, including software and hardware.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00
  • $100,000.
