Technology Coordinator Professional Wealth Advisors, LLC Downers Grove, IL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Parental leave 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Retirement plan Qualifications Vendor relationship building Teamwork Operations management Technical documentation Windows Cloud service support Desktop (troubleshooting support) Vendor contract management Desktop administration Licensing agreement management Full Job Description About the Position Highpoint Planning Partners is looking for a Technology Coordinator to manage day-to-day internal IT operations, manage relationships with technology-related vendors, and serve as our main internal technology liaison for 60 local staff members and 200+ affiliated financial advisors. This role will handle support requests in collaboration with our contracted managed service provider(s). Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity across all offices. Maintain and organize company data-share libraries. Manage relationships and daily ticket escalation with our primary MSP, tracking SLAs and vendor deliverables. Handle software licensing, software renewals, and vendor contracts. Coordinate IT onboarding for new hires with the company's MSP, including software licensing assignments. Assist the Advisor Development team with advisor-facing tools and platform navigation. Develop and maintain documentation for internal systems, user access, and hardware inventory. Qualifications 3+ years in an IT support, tech operations, or help desk role. Relevant experience managing vendor contracts and software subscriptions. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows, standard office hardware, and cloud apps. Familiarity with financial advisory tools (CRMs, portfolio software) or MSP environments is a plus. We hire people based on capability, drive, and character.
