Our client, a growing industry leader known for its stability and employee-centric culture, is seeking a Network Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in a newly created role. As the Network Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the bridge between proactive planning and reactive technical support. You will ensure the network infrastructure remains robust, compliant, and up-to-date.

  • 75,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities:
Infrastructure Triage:
Support remote troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure 24/7 network reliability.
Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and patching of network devices, hardware, and software.
Compliance & Licensing:
Manage contract renewals and software license due dates to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
Security & Optimization:
Implement IT security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and use scripting to automate repetitive tasks and reduce downtime.
Documentation:
Maintain precise records of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and hardware inventory.
Vendor Relations:
Liaise with vendors for warranty claims, upgrades, and maintenance services.
qualifications:
  • Networking Foundations:
    TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, and VLANs.
  • Routing, Switching, and VPN configuration.
  • Proven experience in network troubleshooting, routing/switching, and configuration.
  • Proficiency with network diagnostic and monitoring utilities.
  • Basic scripting skills to streamline network processes and system administration.
