- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain enterprise software platforms
- Administer environments across Unix, Linux, and Windows
- Support Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments
- Manage application deployments, releases, and environment readiness
- Troubleshoot software and application platform issues
- Support change management, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and support teams
- Support security, compliance, and operational governance requirements ?
??? Required Skills ? 5+ years of Software/System Administration experience ? Strong experience with Unix/Linux/Windows environments ? Enterprise or government technology experience ? Software installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades ? Application deployment and environment management ? Development, Testing, UAT & Production support ? Change and release management experience ? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ? Preferred
- Previous State Government client/project experience - Required
- Public sector consulting experience
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or Human Services experience
- Middleware administration
- DevOps / automation
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
- ITIL / service management
- Enterprise monitoring tools
- Large-scale technology modernization experience ?
