What you will do Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems. Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing Physical Security Systems and recommend solutions. Set up, configure, and test Physical Security Systems that include video surveillance, access control, sensors, air quality control, and third-party integrations. Troubleshoot,maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems. Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer aboutnew technologiesin the Physical Security space.

Identifyand communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team. Assistin the management of projects using CDW's project managementmethodology.

Follow life-cycle-orientedprocesses and procedures. Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise computer applications. Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converged network solutions. Regularlyinterfacewithtechnical and business staff of customers, including the project sponsor and stakeholders of projects in more complex engagements. Serve asa technicalpoint of contact on customerengagement. Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components. Manage time andexpensesto meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work. Providehigh-qualitycontent deliverables using theappropriate documenttemplates. Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer's satisfaction and approval. Work with Professional Services Managers,Sellers, Project Managers, Partners,and customers to manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments aremet. Conduct/lead design workshops for complex designs to meet customer, partners, business,and technicalobjectives. Proactively develop plans and activities to avoid problems. Educate the customer on solution asappropriate throughoutthe life of the project or service life. What we expect of you Bachelor'sdegree and 5+years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation,and supportOR9+years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support. Hands-onGenetec orVerkadaSystems Engineeringexperience. Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs. Ability to travel between 25%-50%. Ability to effectively communicate with clients. Physically able tolift upto 30 pounds of equipment. Attention to detail on inventory andlogisticsis important. Minimum of 2 years related experience in infrastructure/network environments, with some experience in network engineering (hardware and software), network security practices and designing, planning,and implementing LANs and WANs using the latest technology. 2yearsconsultingexperience,a plus. Experience in MilestoneSystems Engineeringexperiencea plus. Minimum of one year experience in programming or analytical work, a plus. Axis Certified Professional Certificationa plus. Pay range:

$ 107,300 - $ 150,180 depending on experience and skill set.
