JOB DESCRIPTION
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting). Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access) Panorama management and threat prevention profile Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments. Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability. Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration. Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains. Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)

Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades. Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them. Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting. Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues. Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
