(Preferably WatchGuard) Experience with Active Directory and other server-based products (Exchange, SQL, etc) Experience with standard office productivity packages (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Office 365/Sharepoint, Sage, etc) Familiarity with VoIP is a plus Knowledge of hard-wired and wireless devices: Routers, Switches, Firewalls Remote Desktop Support Travel to clients for on-site troubleshooting, repair, support, etc.
