Job Description
TYMETAL Corp., located in Greenwich, NY, has a great opportunity for a creative problems solver with a passion for process improvement and the technical ability to streamline workflows through automation, reporting and system integration. Detail-orientation, a collaborative approach to work and the ability to translate business needs into practical process improvements are required! Why You'll Want to
Develop, test, implement, and maintain automation scripts, reports, dashboards, and system integrations that support engineering, sales, production, purchasing, inventory, and customer service functions.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, recurring errors, and opportunities for improved reporting, standardization, and decision-making.
Partner with department managers and end users to define requirements, prioritize automation projects, validate solutions, and train employees on new or revised processes.
Create and maintain clear documentation for automated tools, process changes, user instructions, technical specifications, and support procedures.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present on technical subjects with ease.
Proficiency with computer applications, including databases, reporting tools, etc. as well as the use of AI tools (CoPilot) and APIs.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.2+ years of relevant experience, including coding using Python.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
