Job Summary:
Multi-functional information systems support for both hardware, software and networking for internal and external customers.
Essential Job Functions and Expectations:
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange network. Maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Mail server. Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and changes including ERP/CRM systems. Manage user accounts, permissions and passwords. Provide technical support to Westmark staff. Communication system support, VoIP phone system. Troubleshooting systems, network issues, diagnose hardware, software and connectivity problems and implement solutions. Install and upgrade hardware and software, internally and externally, as needed. Function as help desk to provide online and virtual support to Westmark customers. Website maintenance and development. Create and/or maintain customer portals for ordering. ERP systems architecture familiarity and user support. Secured backup systems deployment and maintenance. Maintain Hardware - PC workstations; rack servers, printers, fiber internet, firewalls, barcode scanners, mobile devices, cell phones. Website maintenance, FTP administration and maintenance. Assist with integration of Thermal transfer printers, print and apply label applicators, handheld devices (scanners, data collection handheld computers), fixed, mount barcode scanners. Familiarity with Westmark IT products and vendors. Perform other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred. Minimum two (2) years IT experience. Database MSQL sequel server preferred Network security proficiency Proficient knowledge of Internet and Website maintenance/development.

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members. Ability to interface well with Professional Service staff and other non-technical members of the organization. Ability to multi-task. High sense of urgency. Effective time management and personal organization. Ability to work in fast paced team environment.
Physical Requirements:

$57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
