Masis Staffing is hiring a Property Preservation Specialist to manage vendor and client relationships nationwide and help ensure properties are protected and preserved. This is an on-site role in Langhorne, PA with a fast-paced workflow and strong customer/vendor communication. Key Responsibilities Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone/email in a professional, timely manner Review and audit submitted work orders for completion and accuracy Negotiate costs within provided guidelines Assess vendor performance for quality assurance Manage workflow timeliness and efficiency to meet deadlines and company goals Maintain an understanding of property foreclosures and preservation requirements Assist with sourcing vendors as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience preferred Customer service and/or outside sales experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (filter/sort) Aspen experience preferred Bilingual a plus $19.50/hr. #MFT3
