Job Description

Coforge is hiring for Middleware Administrator candidates with below skillset : - 8+ years of experience in Middleware Administration and Support. Strong hands-on experience with application servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, WildFly and Tomcat. Strong experience with web servers including NGINX, Apache, IIS and
IBM HTTP
Server (IHS). Experience with configuring and managing high availability and load-balanced middleware environments. Good experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka and IBM MQ. Hands-on experience with API Gateway platforms such as Apigee. Experience implementing observability solutions using ELK, Dynatrace, Prometheus and Grafana. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools including Terraform and Ansible. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of source control tools such as Git and IBM RTC. Experience using ServiceNow and Jira for Incident, Change and Problem Management. Strong understanding of Linux administration and basic networking concepts. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container platforms. Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and OCI. Experience with identity and access management technologies such as Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Ping and SiteMinder. Strong understanding of SSO/Federation technologies including SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Experience with Load Balancers including F5, FortiWeb and NetScaler. Knowledge of authentication systems including Single-Factor Authentication (SFA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Good scripting skills in Bash, Perl and Python. Basic understanding of Java and Java-based application environments. Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and Web Applications (Angular, Java). Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex production environments. Ability to automate routine operational tasks and improve service efficiency. Maintain documentation for system configurations, standards, procedures and operational runbooks. Experience in serving clients using ITIL processes (Incident, Change Problem Management). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter capable of working independently. Flexible team player with perseverance to deliver in high-pressure environments. Ability to organize and plan work independently. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities.
DESIRED SKILLS AWS
Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator (preferred). Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent Linux certification. Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD). Hashi Corp Terraform Associate Certification. ITIL Foundation Certification. Middleware Vendor Certifications (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or related technologies)
