Job Description
Job Summary The Cisco ISE / Aruba Network Engineer will provide Tier 3 operational support for enterprise campus networking environments, including wired, wireless, and authentication technologies. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, supporting critical end-user connectivity services, collaborating with engineering teams during technology transitions, and serving as an escalation point for advanced networking incidents. Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise campus networking environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex wired, wireless, and authentication-related network incidents.
Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced end-user connectivity issues.
Support and maintain Cisco wired switching infrastructure.
Support and troubleshoot Cisco ISE authentication environments, including 802.1X implementations.
Support Aruba wireless networking environments and associated technologies.
Manage and troubleshoot ClearPass authentication solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams during technology implementations and operational transitions.
Ensure appropriate monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness for network services.
Participate in major incident management calls and assist with rapid issue resolution.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support analysts.
Assist in developing operational processes, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
Support enterprise networking initiatives and operational excellence objectives. Required Qualifications
