Job Description

firstPRO is seeking a IT Asset Analyst for a 4-month contract to support the full lifecycle management of enterprise IT assets. This role is responsible for coordinating hardware procurement, inventory management, mobile device administration, telecommunications support, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing IT assets while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.
Work Schedeule:
Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site and 3 days remote . Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise IT assets, from procurement through retirement. Coordinate the procurement, deployment, tracking, and recovery of hardware assets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records within asset management systems. Provision, activate, deactivate, and manage wireless/mobile devices. Coordinate telecommunications requests, including new services, changes, and disconnects. Review inventory reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and service providers. Support equipment ordering, staging, deployment, and distribution to employees. Respond to employee requests related to IT assets and provide exceptional customer support. Required Qualifications Experience in Asset Management and enterprise asset lifecycle management. Knowledge of computer lifecycle management and inventory control best practices. Experience with hardware procurement and deployment processes. Experience administering mobile and wireless devices. Knowledge of telecommunications support and service coordination. Experience working with vendors, contracts, and invoice reconciliation. Strong reporting and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
