Preferred Qualifications Experience programming and troubleshooting robotic systems, automated machinery, and production equipment. Working knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, conveyors, vision systems, servo drives, and industrial controls. Familiarity with Structured Text or other industrial programming languages. CAD software experience preferred. Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions. Ability to prioritize projects, work independently, and support multiple system integrations simultaneously. Physical Capabilities Ability to perform hands-on work in manufacturing and industrial environments. Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching during equipment startup and troubleshooting activities. Ability to lift and move equipment, tools, and components as needed. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% for customer installations, startups, and service support. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Job Duties Commission, configure, and troubleshoot custom automated machinery, robotics, and industrial automation systems. Start up equipment, load and modify control programs, and optimize machine performance. Prepare equipment for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and support successful customer demonstrations. Lead commissioning activities on smaller projects and assist engineering teams on complex automation systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, controls, and software-related issues. Program, calibrate, and tune robots, motion systems, vision systems, conveyors, and related equipment. Support equipment installation, startup, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at customer locations. Collaborate with engineering, service, and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
