• Windows Server & Networking Description Our client, a growing MSP, is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join their team in Akron.

This role is designed for someone who has progressed beyond traditional help desk support and enjoys troubleshooting more complex technical issues across Microsoft, server, and networking environments. You'll still work directly with end users, but this position requires someone who can dig deeper into escalated tickets involving AD, GPO, Windows Servers, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and general infrastructure troubleshooting. MSP experience is valued, but candidates coming from internal IT environments can also be successful if they've worked in smaller teams where they've had exposure beyond traditional user support.
