This contract supports U.S. Central Command's theater-level planning mission by providing experienced professionals who develop strategies, campaign plans, operational orders, assessments, and coordination products that integrate military, interagency, allied, and partner-nation activities throughout the

area of responsibility.
Position Summary:
Provides Joint Operations Planning and Execution System expertise, force deployment analysis, feasibility coordination, and operational-plan analysis supporting
USCENTCOM
decisions. Primary Responsibilities Research and analyze full-spectrum operations in joint, multinational, and interagency contexts. Produce graphics, written analysis, and other products accurately reflecting the evolving operational and strategic picture. Analyze DoD, interagency, and multinational operations for synchronization with
USCENTCOM
objectives. Apply automation and computer-modeling resources to analysis. Integrate JOPES Time-Phased Force Deployment Data analysis into operational and strategic plans. Coordinate with USTRANSCOM and provide feasibility analysis for planned missions. Conduct functional analysis of operational plans through Level 4 detail. Coordinate FOIA requests and MDRs for designated CCJ5 files. Safeguard classified and unclassified Government information, property, controlled forms, facilities, equipment, and materials. Maintain Government records separately from company records and comply with applicable federal records, FOIA, Privacy Act, DoD, and

requirements. Perform work to the PWS quality standards and correct identified product deficiencies within applicable performance thresholds. Support required contract deliverables and provide products to the designated government task lead, COR, or alternate COR through approved

channels. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years of military experience. At least 5 years of experience using JOPES. At least 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command headquarters. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Skills, knowledge, training, current certifications, and licenses necessary to perform the assigned PWS services. Common Access Card eligibility and completion of required Information Assurance training and the

Must be prepared and eligible for CONUS and OCONUS travel and able to obtain an official passport when required.
