Job Description

Preferred IPA is one of the leading independent physician associations in Los Angeles County with a network of nearly 1500 primary and specialty care providers. We are seeking for individuals for patient/member outreach activities including various campaigns related to improving the patient's overall experience and compliance with office visits. Applicants will conduct phone calls and/or telehealth calls to members and coordinate with provider offices to complete the preventive screenings measures and enter all call information into a database/tracking tool of all calls completed.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for provider and credentialing system data maintanance Responsible for provider maintenance and updates to ensure provider demographics, credentialing, and other data are current and accurate Research and respond to provider status changes for provider system updates Responsible for Health plan roster reconcilations and communications with health plans Qualifications and requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HMO environment (i.e. MSO, IPA, health plan, provider office) Ability to interpret provider credentialing applications and contracts and transfer data to appropriate fields in the system Ability to analyze available data and information and update provider profiles as needed https://careers.insperity.com/jobs/provider-configuration-coordinator/
