Desired Skills:

Strong analysis fundamentals and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills to present/communicate ideas effectively across different audiences, such as customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to take ownership of customer success and drive customer satisfaction. Ability to successfully manage your tasks and complete them in a timely manner. Hands-on experience using tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco or other vendors' products and solutions. Ability to identify network topologies, build lab setups and collaborate with multiple technologies to replicate and resolve problems. Willingness to learn new skills to support different technologies and adapt to business needs. Ability to gather business requirements, develop and implement working solutions to fulfill requirements. Strong ability to work with different cross-functional teams. Ability to work as a great teammate and work with minimal supervision.

Desired Technical Skills:

Expertise with Cisco networking equipment specializing on routing and switching Expertise with large scale data center technologies to include leaf/spine networks Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor WANs Expertise in deployment automation, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of routing and switching systems Expertise with oversight of a team running a trouble ticket system Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools

Education and Experience:

Active CCIE preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 10 years experience US Govt clearance will be required which we will provide background check
