What You'll Do:

Contact utility providers by phone, email, fax, and online channels to obtain missing invoice information, with up to 8 hours of phone-based work per day.

Review key data points to determine which invoices need to be obtained and update internal systems with completed tasks and relevant information.

Negotiate fee waivers and due-date extensions with providers when required.

Communicate clearly and accurately with internal and external stakeholders while meeting established KPI and Standard Operating Procedure requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and escalate non-routine or complex issues to senior team members as appropriate.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of experience in a similar phone and data based role

What Sets You Apart:

Associate's Degree

Successful completion of UBK training (provided by client the 1st two days on assignment)

Specialized skill training or certification pertinent to the position

Professional phone presence

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to negotiate effectively in a professional manner

Ability to research and navigate websites and internal systems

Excellent time management skills

Reliable and able to multi-task

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook skills).

Type at a minimum of 45 WPM
