The Unified Communications Analyst provides day to day support of over 5600 mobile devices in the organization. Support includes but is not limited to device configuration, end user setup and troubleshooting, management/setup of policies and configurations in MDM, labeling and completing requests for shipments to MLH facilities. A Brief Overview The Unified Communications Analyst provides day to day support of over 5600 mobile devices in the organization. Support includes but is not limited to device configuration, end user setup and troubleshooting, management/setup of policies and configurations in MDM, labeling and completing requests for shipments to MLH facilities. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. What you will do Provides day to day mobile device management support to departments and end users. Places orders for mobile devices as needed. Creates/modifies Mobile Device Management policies and configurations based on application requirements. Configures new/replacement devices. Supports Microsoft Teams platform, including but not limited to new MS Teams requests. Performs other duties as assigned. Education/Formal Training Requirements Required
- Associates Degree Information Technology Preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience Requirements Required
- Telecommunications 1-3 years Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to access a situation, troubleshoot based on need and solve the problem or complete requested task.
