Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or a directly related field, or a combination of education and experience relating to the U.S. equivalency in this field. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership, support complex systems development, and provide ongoing support for Palni. Position is geared to an independent individual with strong technical & analytical skills that works well with the Business. Provide computer program and system development and technical support for highly complex, critical programs and systems. Plan and coordinate test and identify prevention opportunities. Maintain expert knowledge in specialized systems. Provide design leadership and consultation to project team members as directed by the project manager. Initiate and conduct feasibility studies of new and modified operational procedures. Design, code, test, debug and document programs. Experience designing interfaces is required. Coordinate activities of assigned personnel and projects. Control project risks and impact on business and strategic plans.
