Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly in both English and another language. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office. Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Assist dental staff as needed, including managing patient records and appointment confirmations. Qualifications At least 1 year of recent MEDICAL receptionist experience
REQUIRED
(preferably in Pediatrics or Family Practice) and be able to multi-task. Experience with scheduling and EMR software is also preferred. Must be able to work independently and proficiently handle a variety of tasks. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of dental office procedures is an advantage but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
