As an Engineering Manager - Network , you are more than a technical leader - you are a builder of people, systems, and trust. In this role you will lead and grow a team of engineers implementing network infrastructure to meet company needs. Our Engineering Managers have a passion for people as they provide leadership and guidance to their team towards growth and innovation. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously optimize system and program functionality with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. What you'll do: Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure to meet the company's current and future needs. This includes LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks Monitor network performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolution ensure the network's reliability and efficiency Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians while providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors Maintain comprehensive documentation of the network architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure that all network changes are properly documented Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience Advanced knowledge in independently diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across interconnected programs and systems, ability to develop and implement effective, innovative solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 7+ years of experience Demonstrated proficiency in providing technical leadership and guidance to teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior engineers Advanced-level knowledge in enterprise network engineering disciplines and technologies, including routing and switching (Cisco, Arista, Juniper), network security (firewalls, secure web gateways, and proxy platforms), SD-WAN, wireless networking, network access control, cloud networking, and network automation. Extensive experience in managing complex project and solving advanced engineering related issues Strong knowledge in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems or products Ability to align engineering projects with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning Manage a team of engineers and develop strong teamwork skills Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:
